Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of parlayedge.app, operated by Parlay Edge LLC (“Parlay Edge,” “we,” or “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service is

Parlay Edge provides sports research, odds information, analysis, simulated bankroll tracking, and other informational tools. Parlay Edge is not a sportsbook: it does not accept or place real-money wagers. Odds, projections, research, and simulated results may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. They are not personalized betting, financial, or legal advice, and no outcome or profit is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the service. Do not use the service where access or related betting activity is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or disrupt it, or impersonate another user.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Email/password and Google sign-in may connect to the same account when supported by our authentication provider. Choose a username you are entitled to use; do not use someone else's identity or infringe their rights.

Pro subscriptions

Optional Pro features are offered on the terms and price displayed at checkout. Website purchases are processed through Stripe; purchases in the Play-installed Android app are processed through Google Play. A subscription may renew until cancelled; review the applicable price, trial, and renewal terms before purchase. Manage or cancel a web subscription through the available billing portal, and manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through Google Play subscriptions. Deleting a Parlay Edge account does not by itself cancel either subscription. Google sign-in does not itself purchase Pro. Contact support@parlayedge.app for billing or cancellation help; refunds are subject to the applicable provider's terms and law.

Content and availability

Sports data and third-party content may be licensed or subject to provider restrictions. You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes but may not redistribute its content commercially without permission. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may restrict accounts used in violation of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes.

Risk and limitations

Sports betting can result in financial loss. Bet responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose. Simulated bankroll results are hypothetical and do not predict actual outcomes.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Parlay Edge disclaims warranties and is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on odds, projections, or research. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. See the legal disclaimer within the app for further details.
